Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Midwest Tactical! We’re committed to getting your airsoft gear to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.):

• Standard Ground: $8.99, delivery in 3–7 business days

• Expedited: $14.99, delivery in 2–3 business days

• Express: $24.99, delivery in 1–2 business days

Free Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories:

• Additional shipping fees apply

• Delivery times may be extended by 2–5 additional business days

• Some airsoft guns may not be shippable to these locations due to carrier restrictions

3. Airsoft Gun Shipping Restrictions

Important Airsoft Shipping Information:

Due to carrier regulations and state laws, airsoft guns may have shipping restrictions:

• Age Verification: All airsoft gun purchases require buyer to be 18+ with ID verification upon delivery

• Carrier Restrictions: Some carriers do not ship airsoft guns to certain states or P.O. Boxes

• State Restrictions: Airsoft guns may not be shippable to California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and other states with strict airsoft laws

• P.O. Boxes: Airsoft guns cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes — physical address required

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location prohibited by law or carrier policy.

4. Starter Kits & Bundles

Starter Kit Shipping:

• Starter kits ship in reinforced packaging to protect all included items

• May ship separately from individual accessories if ordered together

• Processing time remains 1–2 business days

Bundled Orders: If you order a starter kit with additional accessories, items may ship separately depending on warehouse location and availability.

5. International Shipping

Currently, Midwest Tactical does not ship airsoft guns internationally due to complex customs regulations and import restrictions.

International Accessories: Small airsoft accessories (BBs, magazines, protective gear) may be available for international shipping — please contact us before ordering.

Customer Responsibility: International customers are responsible for:

• Import duties

• Customs fees

• Local taxes

• Compliance with local airsoft laws

6. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking number, carrier information, and estimated delivery date.

Track Your Package: Click the tracking link in your email or visit the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment.

7. Shipping Delays

We’re Not Responsible For Delays Caused By:

• Carrier issues (lost, stolen, or delayed packages)

• Weather or natural disasters

• Customs or import delays (international orders)

• Force majeure events beyond our control

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer

Contact Your Carrier: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist with investigations.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damage and packaging

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

3. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund

Lost Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

1. Check with neighbors and your mailbox

2. Contact your local carrier facility

3. Contact us within 7 days and we’ll help investigate

9. Address Changes & Order Modifications

Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order ships, we cannot redirect it.

Order Modifications: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processing and cannot be changed.

10. Returns & Shipping Costs

Return Shipping:

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective) → We’ll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label

• If you’re returning for any other reason → You’re responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

11. Customs & Import Taxes (International)

Not Included: International shipping prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all customs fees and import taxes charged by your country. These fees are determined by your local government and are not controlled by Midwest Tactical.
