30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
• The item must be in the same condition you received it (unused, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached)
• It must be in the original packaging
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase (order number)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or supplements)
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Customized or personalized items

Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. Once we review your request, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
• If you’re returning an item for any other reason, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
