2. Age Eligibility & Airsoft Safety
By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You understand that airsoft guns are not real firearms and are designed for recreational target shooting and airsoft sports only
• You will comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding airsoft gun ownership and use in your jurisdiction
3. Starter Kits & Bundles
Midwest Tactical offers airsoft starter kits and bundles designed for new players. By purchasing a starter kit, you agree to:
• Use all included equipment according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines
• Wear appropriate eye protection at all times when using airsoft guns
• Follow safe airsoft gameplay practices and field rules
• Understand that starter kits may include items that are not returnable once opened (e.g., BBs, magazines, batteries)
4. Product Information & Airsoft Safety
Product Descriptions: Midwest Tactical strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, FPS (feet per second) ratings, and pricing on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.
Airsoft Gun FPS Ratings: FPS ratings are based on factory specifications and may vary based on:
• Battery quality and type
• Weather conditions
• BB weight and quality
• Pretightening or modifications
Safety Warning: Airsoft guns can cause injury if used improperly. You agree to:
• Always wear ANSI-rated eye protection when shooting or being near airsoft guns
• Never point an airsoft gun at anything you do not intend to shoot
• Treat all airsoft guns as if they are loaded
• Store airsoft guns locked and unloaded when not in use
• Not modify airsoft guns to increase FPS beyond legal field limits
5. Pricing Errors & Product Availability
Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur on our website. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any orders placed at that price.
Availability: Products are subject to availability, especially during high-demand seasons. We reserve the right to limit quantities (particularly for starter kits and limited-edition items) and discontinue products at any time without notice.

Special Return Restrictions for Airsoft Products:
• Used airsoft guns are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons
• Opened BBs, magazines, and batteries are non-returnable
• Starter kits may have partial return restrictions once items are removed from packaging
• Customized or modified airsoft guns are not eligible for return or warranty
9. Intellectual Property

Limited Manufacturer Warranty: To the extent permitted by law, we warrant that airsoft products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranty Exclusions:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Moline, Illinois.
